Cancellations/Restrictions PolicyRestrictionsFor safety reasons, we do have some rules and restrictions.
Stable PolicyIt is the responsibility of the client to book rides in good faith, and show up at the required time. Clients must adhere to all signs on the property, and follow the direction of staff at all times, before, during and after riding. The client is responsible for his/her conduct, and must follow barn rules as posted and as instructed by staff and guides. Ride Safe, Ride Smart, and Have Fun!
Back to Top Cancellation PolicyCancellation charges are based upon the number of people in your party and the number of hours from check-in when the trip is canceled. If you have any questions concerning this policy, please inquire at the time you make your reservation.
2 weeks notice- 50% of applicable charges or reschedule within 1 year 1 week and less- no refund or reschedule within 1 year (Credit card of the client booking the ride will be debited the charges.) Please Note: Your telephone call is important to us. We do our best to answer each and every telephone call as it comes in. However, if we cannot immediately answer your telephone call, please remember that we are a working ranch with many horses to care for and many customers to assist. Our phone can be very busy. We hope that you'll be one of those customers, so please be sure to leave us a brief message with your name, phone number and/or hotel and we will get back to you as quickly as we can.
